Eric Carrino, Esq

Eric is a tenacious litigator and has spent his entire legal career on the plaintiff-side fighting—and winning—cases against giant insurance companies and the nation's largest corporations. As a former Partner at a nationally-recognized plaintiff-side law firm, Eric successfully litigated cases against the very best defense law firms and handled all stages of complex and class action litigation in state and federal courts across the country.  For his work, Eric has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for eight consecutive years. He co-founded AC SoCal Law because he believes that everyone should have an advocate that does not shy away from battle and always fights for the rights and interests of victims.  

Eric holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in corporate and securities law. He graduated with honors and was the recipient of the Law Faculty Honor Scholarship and the Faculty Outstanding Scholar Award. Eric graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.  Eric lives with his wife, young son, and French Bulldog in San Diego's Bay Park community. Eric is a longtime San Diego resident and graduated from Torrey Pines High School with Amir.
